SRT video artifacts fixed

After we released beta support for SRT, a small number of users experienced video artifacts during SRT broadcasts, including lines, flickering, and frozen frames.

The issue occurred when the connection between the computer and the server was unstable and the stream reconnected during a live broadcast.

We have fixed these video artifacts that occurred after a reconnect.
