Getting started
StreamVi helps send one broadcast to several connected platforms, manage channels and work with a team. For your first stream, start with connecting channels and setting up a source. Available features and limits depend on the project's plan and the platform's capabilities.
Where to start
- Your first stream. Add channels, get the server address and key, then configure OBS or another application.
- Broadcast a recording. Upload a video and schedule its start.
- A browser broadcast with guests. Create a webinar room and invite participants.
- Work with a team. Create a project and add collaborators.
- Choose services. Match your task to the project plans.
- A problem with a stream. Open diagnostics, analytics or the FAQ.
Features
- Restreaming. Send an incoming stream to several project channels at once. The simultaneous-channel limit and allowed bitrate are shown in the plan.
- Videos and scheduling. Upload a file to the video library, then choose a start time and channels for broadcasting the recording.
- Multi-chat. Read messages from connected platforms, add chat to OBS and customize its appearance. Receiving and sending messages is available for supported platforms; features depend on the connection.
- Projects. Keep workspaces separate and give collaborators access with the permissions they need.
- Disconnection protection and pause. Use separate placeholders for a lost incoming stream and a planned break. The instructions explain the waiting period and how to return to the stream.
- Pull links. Send the project's stream to another application or a co-streaming participant over RTMP, SRT or HLS.
- Transcoding. Create streams with the required video and audio parameters and assign channels to them. Available settings and limits are shown in the form and the transcoding plan.
- Webinars. Create rooms for a shared broadcast from a browser and invite participants. Broadcasting starts inside the room after preparing the project's channels.
Use analytics to review past streams and errors. Notifications report service events, while plugins and developer tools provide additional capabilities.
