Channel access
Sharing lets another StreamVi project use a channel. It does not grant access to the owner's entire project. To collaborate on a whole project, use a project invitation.
Invite
Open the channel → Access. The list shows accepted members and pending invitations.

Owners and administrators can click Invite.

Choose Editor or Administrator. Editors work with broadcasting and channel settings; administrators also manage access. Then choose an invitation method:
-
In the Link tab, enter the recipient's email. Click Send invite, then copy the displayed link and send it to the recipient.

3. enter the recipient's email -
In the ID tab, enter the receiving project's StreamVi ID. Ask the recipient to select the intended personal or team project and copy the ID from its card. Check the name of the project found before sending. This is the ID of the project receiving channel access; inviting a user to a team is a separate action.

5. enter the receiving project's StreamVi ID
If the result says Access granted, the dialog does not offer an acceptance link. This result is provided for a project in your list of available projects. Switch to the receiving project and check that the channel is present.
Accept an invitation
Open the link under the correct StreamVi account. For an invitation created in the Link tab, first select the project that should receive the channel.

Click OK to open the invitation confirmation.

Check the channel name and accept the invitation. Successful acceptance opens the selected project’s broadcast page.

For an ID invitation, the sender has already specified the receiving project; there is no separate project choice. Open the link with an account that has access to that project, check the channel and accept.
A pending invitation in the list does not mean access is active. If the recipient is wrong or the link expired or was revoked, check the account and request a new invitation. If the channel is missing after acceptance, check the selected project and channel-list filters.
Change a role or remove access
Open the required member’s ⋯ menu. Then choose Admin, Editor or Delete access.

Review the role-change confirmation. You can cancel before confirming; after success, check the role in the list.

Removing access opens a different warning. Read the access-removal confirmation. First check the selected member in the list and make sure they do not need the channel for a current broadcast.

Only the current channel owner can transfer Owner status. Read the warning that the transfer cannot be undone. Administrators cannot transfer ownership. Ownership is not determined by who currently has the Cabinet open.

The screenshots show demo members. The actions were not confirmed.
A pending invitation can be deleted. Removing guest access prevents the recipient from using the channel, so check current broadcasts first.
