Videos

Open My videos in the left menu. It contains files for the scheduler and available broadcast recordings. The list belongs to the selected project.

Upload a file

Click Add video and choose a video file on your computer. Uploading requires a paid restream plan and sufficient free storage. Available capacity is shown above the list; a file larger than the remaining space cannot be uploaded.

Watch the file transfer percentage. Wait for the transfer to finish before closing the page.

To interrupt the transfer, click Cancel. Review the cancellation confirmation: confirming stops the upload; closing this dialog resumes it.

After transfer, watch the processing stage. The service may still process, convert and transfer the file to storage. These are separate stages. A successful upload message does not yet mean the video is ready to broadcast. If it has not appeared, wait for processing to finish and click Refresh.

The screenshots show demo upload states. Selecting a file does not yet confirm that the service can process it: wait for processing to finish. The two-minute minimum applies to scheduling, not to choosing a file for upload.

For a format or codec error, keep the error message and check the original video's export settings. Renaming the file extension does not change its format or codec. If the cause is unclear, send support the error text, file format, codecs and size. If storage is full, free some space or increase its capacity.

Preview and manage videos

Click a ready video in the list. The preview player opens. Use its playback, sound and fullscreen controls. Close it with the cross to return to the list.

Open the three-dot menu to the right of the video. Click Download to save the available file to your computer. This item only appears when a download link is available, so it is not shown for every video.

To rename it, choose Edit in the same menu. Change the name in the editing form and click Save.

Choose Remove and review the deletion confirmation. Yes deletes the stored file; No cancels. Before confirming, check that the video is no longer needed by scheduled broadcasts.Deleting a video also removes its associated scheduler jobs. Deleting the file is different from removing a selected video from the scheduler form.

A recording in progress may show recording… and a red border. Renaming and deletion operate on a ready recording: wait for recording and subsequent processing to finish. If you need the file for the scheduler, refresh the list and check that it is ready.

Broadcast a video

Once processing finishes, open the Scheduler, select channels, a time and the file. Videos must be at least two minutes long for scheduling. You can schedule a future broadcast or start immediately.
