Telegram
Telegram accepts video from an external encoder into a channel livestream or group video chat. Its official guide recommends the x264 software encoder in OBS.

This official guide does not give numeric bitrate, resolution, FPS, keyframe or audio limits. Values found in third-party tutorials should not be treated as official Telegram restrictions.
Check a test stream on both desktop and mobile Telegram. Connecting a group to the multichat does not connect its video stream.
