RUTUBE's OBS example uses 6000 Kbps. Its keyframe interval differs from several other destinations: RUTUBE warns that other values can affect available playback quality.
Confirm the audio sample rate with RUTUBE: the official article has a unit error, so the table above does not repeat it.
When restreaming, check the stream actually received by RUTUBE, including any changes made by transcoding.
