Analytics and broadcast event log
Open Analytics in the left menu of the selected project. Broadcasts are grouped by date; Update refreshes the data. The list is empty until broadcasts are available.
Click a broadcast to open its details. Check its date and ID to distinguish multiple sessions and identify the relevant broadcast when contacting support.
Information and graphs
Information shows the available start and end times, duration, viewer and chat counts, and reconnections. Technical fields may include encoder, server, IP address, resolution, FPS and video bitrate.
In Graphs, switch between Audience and Bitrate. Compare a bitrate drop or reconnection time with the event log. No data means that the block has no data; it is not equivalent to a zero measurement.
Channels shows destination statistics and a Video link when supplied by the platform. Viewer data, chat data and video links depend on what each platform provides.
Investigate an error
Open an entry under Recent errors for details, or click View all to jump to the event log with the error filter applied.
Click Filters in the Event log. You can filter by start/end time, server, log level, platform and channels. Select a value and confirm it in the filter dialog. Reset clears the current selection; Remove filters restores the full log.
If a filter returns no events, widen the interval or clear the filters. Give support the broadcast ID, issue time and error text. See Troubleshooting for connection checks.
Changes made by project members are recorded separately in Activity history.
