Creating a plugin
In For developers, click Create plugin. Enter a clear name and tags: chat, analytics, payments, automation, donations, design or utilities. Tags describe the purpose; they do not grant data access.
Choose one application type:

In Permissions, select only the capabilities you need from the loaded list. Reading and changing data require different permissions; follow each description. Users see these permissions when connecting. If the list fails to load, resolve that error first.
Click Create and wait for the application information page. On error, correct the marked fields. Then configure links, URLs and design. Creating the application does not publish it in the public catalog or install it in projects.
