Widget plugin

A widget is used on a broadcast or standalone page. Within a project, users create named templates, open their settings and obtain embedding links. Separate templates can serve different OBS scenes.

When creating the application, choose Widget and the required permissions. In Settings, enter URL Widget, optionally configure a development URL and mode, then save. Write a description and grant a test project access through Access.

In the project, install the widget from the catalog and click Launch. Click Add, enter a template name and confirm. Open its row to check the settings interface. Use the row's copy button to obtain the link, then place it in an OBS Browser source. Set the source dimensions in OBS to suit the widget design.

Check that the correct template opens and saves settings through your application. The Cabinet manages the template list; the widget author implements its content and behavior. Embedded pages use a different application type.

Do not publish a working template link: it may contain an access secret. Confirm template deletion only after checking the scenes that use its link. Check technical integration parameters against the API.
