Transcoding plans
Open Settings → Plan → Transcoding in the selected project. Choose the allowed input resolution, number of transcoding streams and period. The plan depends on the original stream sent to StreamVi: a 1440p input converted to 1080p still requires a plan supporting 1440p input.
One custom transcoding stream is one set of conversion parameters. If Twitch and Trovo both need 1080p at 6000 Kbps, assign them to one stream. If one needs 6000 Kbps and the other 10000 Kbps, use separate streams. Channels without assigned transcoding receive the original video. Twitch mode has a separate limit of one channel per stream.
Purchase and renewal
Compare input resolution, stream count and price on the cards. When selecting a plan, review the calculation, period and credit for the current service, then complete payment details and confirm. The stream count is limited to the options offered by the plan. See Payments and balance.
After purchase, check the expiry date and Auto-renewal in the plan overview. Transcoding does not replace the restreaming plan or its simultaneous-channel limit.
Creating a configuration does not start a broadcast. Once the service is active, create a stream and assign channels; ensure it remains active when you broadcast.
