CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By this document, the user of the StreamVi.io service gives consent to Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Konstantinovich Laptev, OGRNIP 320435000014568 dated April 27, 2020, INN 434584681694, address: 4 Zavetnaya St., Podberezy village, Shikhovskoye rural settlement, Slobodskoy municipal district, Kirov Region, 610018, email: help@streamvi.io, to process their personal data under the terms of this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

1. The user gives consent to the processing of the following personal data:

• user identifier in the StreamVi service;
• VKontakte / VK ID user identifier;
• first name, nickname, display name;
• email address, if transmitted via VKontakte / VK ID or provided by the user;
• country;
• time zone;
• avatar;
• user profile information transmitted via VKontakte / VK ID;
• organization information, if provided by the user in the personal account;
• the user's role and access rights within the organization;
• information about the plan, order, payment, payment amount, payment date and payment status;
• information required for issuing an invoice, acceptance certificate, or other documents;
• IP address;
• user-agent;
• browser type;
• operating system;
• device information;

2. Consent is provided for the following purposes:

• user registration and account creation;
• user authorization via VKontakte / VK ID;
• provision of access to the personal account;
• provision of StreamVi service features;
• uploading, storage, and processing of video files;
• recording of live broadcasts when the user enables the relevant function;
• transmitting broadcasts and videos to platforms, channels, and RTMP servers selected by the user;
• transcoding of videos and broadcasts;
• processing audio and recognizing speech to create subtitles, if the user has enabled such a function;
• operation of multichat;
• receiving, displaying, storing, and transmitting multichat messages;
• connecting and maintaining integrations with third-party platforms;
• storing technical tokens, stream keys, RTMP URLs, and other technical identifiers;
• creating and managing organizations within the service;
• providing organization members with access;
• processing payments;
• accounting for paid plans and services rendered;
• issuing invoices, acceptance certificates, and other documents;
• providing technical support to users;
• processing inquiries, complaints, and requests;
• sending service notifications;
• ensuring the security of the website and the service;
• preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, technical attacks, and other violations;

3. The user gives consent to the Operator performing the following actions with personal data:

collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer, provision, access, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

4. Personal data may be processed using automation tools and without using automation tools.

5. The user agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties or entrust the processing of personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the provision of services, payment processing, operation of technical infrastructure, analytics, technical support, security, connection of platforms and integrations selected by the user, performance of the agreement, or compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Such persons may include:

• VKontakte / VK ID;
• Russian infrastructure providers, including ProCloud, Selectel, VK Cloud, and MTS Cloud;
• payment services, including Unitpay and T-Bank;
• banks, payment aggregators, online cash registers, and fiscal data operators;
• Yandex Metrica;
• Yandex 360;
• technical support and communication services;
• monitoring, logging, and diagnostics services;
• platforms, channels, video hosting services, social networks, streaming platforms, and RTMP servers that the user connects to StreamVi;
• foreign infrastructure providers, including Hetzner, isHosting, and other providers, if the user selects a foreign server region or connects a foreign platform;
• government authorities in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. The user agrees that when selecting a foreign server, connecting a foreign platform, foreign video hosting service, foreign RTMP server, or any other function requiring the transfer of data outside the Russian Federation, cross-border transfer of personal data may take place.

8. This Consent is valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved, the user's account is deleted, the Consent is withdrawn, or other grounds for termination of personal data processing provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation occur.

9. The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a request to the Operator at help@streamvi.io.

10. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out before the withdrawal was received.

11. After receiving the withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease processing personal data unless there are other legal grounds for continuing processing provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12. The detailed procedure for personal data processing, storage periods, user rights, protection measures, procedure for transfer to third parties, and other conditions of processing are defined in the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the website .
