Host online presentations, train employees, clients, and partners using StreamVi webinars.
Below is a step-by-step guide:
Step 1 Go to your StreamVi dashboard and select “Webinar (beta)” from the left menu.
💡 Important: To use webinars, you need an active plan.You won’t be able to create a webinar room without it.
Step 2 Click “Buy tariff plan”. Webinar tariff plans are added the same way as transcoding plans — as an add-on to restream.
Your plan determines: • maximum streaming resolution • total number of participants across all rooms
💡 You can upgrade your plan at any time by paying only the price difference.
Step 3. Choose a plan and click “Select”.
Available payment methods: • credit/debit card (receipt sent via email) • StreamVi balance
After completing the payment, exit the settings.
Step 4 — Create a room
Go back to “Webinars” → click “Create room”.
Enter: • room name • room URL
Then click “Create”.
💡 Important: The URL must contain only Latin letters and numbers (no symbols or special characters).
After creation, the room will appear in the list. You can: • share the invite link • edit the room name • delete the room
Step 5 Return to the main dashboard and enable the platforms you want to stream to.
Step 6 To start the webinar, copy the room link and open it in a new browser tab.
Step 7 Enter your name and click “Join” (you can also join anonymously).
Step 8 Click “Go Live” ✅ Done! You’re ready to start your webinar.
💡 Important. OBS is not required — everything runs directly in your browser.
Notes • The number of rooms is unlimited • Only one live session per project can run at a time • The webinar feature is currently in beta
